Got bored today so I decided to paint a flower pot with a crackle finish and it turned out pretty good! The process was pretty simple too only took about 30 minutes to do the whole thing. I just painted on a base layer of grey, then once that dried I painted on a coat of glue and while the glue was still tacky I painted on a white coat.  As the glue dried it gave the white layer a crackled vintage look.

DIY Toy Truck Planter. From FundementoDesigns at JunkMarketSyle here. How it was done:

“I’ve been planting toy trucks lately. When this one arrived it was just too ugly to plant so I got out the spray can, masking tape and plastic wrap. I knocked out the old opaque plastic windshields, cut & glued a piece of wood over the holes under the cab, painted, stuffed the cab with moss, fashioned wire screen for a tailgate, added dirt & plants.

DIY Seed Paper!

This is cool and a great DIY project for gardeners and kids! And the cool part is you get to hand make paper and plant it :) I definitely want to try this!
