Vintage Marquee DIY | Oh Happy Day

Wow, this is an amazing DIY! This marquee is made out of poster board, foam core and string lights. Not only would this be great for parties or weddings but how cool would this be as decoration in your house? Perfect for your tv room or make your name for your bedroom.

Old suitcase upcycled into a dog bed :) I’ll have to be on the look out for a cool suitcase to make one for my dog. It would certainly add a cool vintage touch to the room instead of the chewed up dog pillow he is using now lol

Got bored today so I decided to paint a flower pot with a crackle finish and it turned out pretty good! The process was pretty simple too only took about 30 minutes to do the whole thing. I just painted on a base layer of grey, then once that dried I painted on a coat of glue and while the glue was still tacky I painted on a white coat.  As the glue dried it gave the white layer a crackled vintage look.
